Who I am

I’m a creative and commercially driven Social Media & Content Manager with a strong background in fashion, retail, and luxury brand marketing. With several years of experience working across premium and global brands, I specialise in developing and delivering strategic, social-first content that strengthens brand presence and drives measurable growth.

Currently at Harvey Nichols, I help shape the creative and strategic direction of the brand’s flagship Instagram channel, producing fashion-led, beauty, and F&B content rooted in storytelling and performance. I lead end-to-end content production — from concept and planning through to execution and reporting — working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive, high-impact content across regional stores and key cultural moments, including international Fashion Weeks and major brand activations.

My approach balances creativity with data. I use platform insights to inform strategy, optimise output, and introduce new formats and franchises that increase engagement, reach, and relevance. Alongside creative execution, I’m highly collaborative, organised, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments, with a strong focus on alignment with wider business objectives.

With a foundation in retail and customer experience, I bring a commercial lens to everything I do — creating thoughtful, visually compelling content that connects with audiences while delivering real results for brands.
